Your bed is 6 star bed.
However, if it still isn't comfortable enough for you (too hard / soft), please approach us at the reception desk.

Every drop of water counts! For enviromental reasons we change your bed sheets every third day.
If you desire a daily change of your bed sheets, we are delighted to take care of it.
By request you will receive bed sheets for allergic people. Please notify the reception desk.

Our breakfast buffet is served in the "Bar Berial".
The breakfast times are Monday - Friday 7 AM to 10 AM and Saturday, Sunday + holidays 8 AM to 10.30 AM.
Of course you can also inform us of any requests (e.g. other times). We are happy to help.
If it happens that your breakfast is included in the room rate, we will charge € 18 per person per day.

Do you need a specific service for your car or do you want to rent a car?
We will eagerly inform you at the reception desk.

You can check-in as of 3 PM. You can check-out until 11 AM.

In an emergency we will help you as quickly as possible at the reception desk. Located there is the latest list of doctors as well as doctors on duty for you.

The hotel unfortunately only has one small fitness room.
However you are able to get a special offer of  € 10 a day instead of a day fee of usually 25,- € for training in our partnerstudio.

The incoming and outgoing mail is located at the reception desk. Here you can let us have your mail to dispatch.
Needless to say you can buy stamps there as well.
In case we receive mail for you it will reside in your lockerbox, waiting for you.

This room is a non-smoking room.
If you still insist on smoking in this room, we will charge a cleaning fee of 200 EUR.
Should smoking trigger the smoke detector and lead to a fire department operation, at least 800 EUR will be charged.

Do you desire a newspaper or a magazine? You're welcome to approach the reception desk.
A range of daily papers and magazines are availabple there.

Naturally you are able to make copies at the reception desk.
We charge this service with € 0,50 for each page. Color copies are charged with € 0,80 for each page.

Aside from the many parking bays in the vicinity of the hotel, we offer you your own underground garage parking space in Düsseldorf.
We will eagerly help you at the reception desk to take care of your car.

Upfront a few tips:

• You are able to comfortably park in all streets in our vicinity.
• Parking is free of charge all day on Sunday, holidays and on workdays from 8 PM until 9 AM.
• On Mo. to Sun. from 9 AM until 8 PM you should take a ticket from the corresponding ticket machine or you drive directly into the underground garage (without ticket in Gartenstr. 2) inside Dreicubenhaus (ca. 70 m away from the hotel) reduced rate for our guest for each started hour 3,00 €
• 24h 22,00 €
• Parking garage without ticket - Your license plate number is your ticket ! Drive in, pay at the reception desk and drive out

Pets are welcome in the hotel lounge and in the rooms.
We charge a fee of € 5,00 a day for knee-high dogs und € 10,00 a day for bigger dogs (animal food not included).

between Tuesday and Saturday from 12 PM until 10 PM.
